Use of Personal Data
Personal data is only collected on the website with your permission. You may be asked to provide your name, e-mail address and other relevant information via a web form in order to enable us to process a request or provide you with information or services.
Where you enter such information it will be transmitted securely to a secure database with restricted access, and will only be used to fulfil the specific request that you have made. Personal data will be processed lawfully, fairly, and in a transparent manner.
Personal data will only be collected for a specific, explicit, and legitimate purpose. Any subsequent processing should be compatible with this purpose, unless CityVerve has obtained the individual’s consent or the processing is otherwise permitted by law.
CityVerve will only process personal data that is adequate, relevant, and not excessive for the purpose for which it is processed. Personal data will be kept accurate, complete, and up-to-date as is reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it is processed.
Personal data will be kept in a form that is personally identifiable for no longer than necessary to accomplish the purpose, or other permitted purpose, for which the data was obtained.
CityVerve will implement appropriate reasonable technical and organisational measures to safeguard personal data against accidental or unlawful destruction or accidental loss, alteration, unauthorised disclosure, use, or access. Any third parties processing personal data on behalf of CityVerve will be instructed and contractually required to a) process it only for purposes consistent with CityVerve’s purpose for processing; and b) implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to safeguard the personal data.
CityVerve may transfer the personal information collected through this site to other countries where we do business, which may not have the same data protection law as those countries in the European Union. CityVerve has taken steps, through its internal privacy policies, to ensure an adequate level of protection in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation, in cases of transfer to countries outside the EU.
